Annual Report of Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage
As various listed companies disclosed their annual reports in 2023, ANPL also presented an impressive report card in the field of commercial and industrial energy storage. In this year, ANPL achieved significant development, steadily advancing in project delivery, technological research and development, product certification, and other aspects.
The star product, "Qiji 233" fully liquid-cooled industrial and commercial energy storage system, attracted considerable attention amidst the energy storage boom in 2023. It remained steadfast to its original aspirations amidst accelerating competition, striving to work diligently with the highest level of safety protection and intelligent design over the next decade.
A large number of "Qiji 233" energy storage projects were successfully interconnected and delivered, spanning across Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shanghai, and other regions. They received high praise from clients in various industries such as machinery, power electronics, pharmaceuticals, and building materials, providing more stable, economical, and greener energy solutions. Each project validated its safety and cost-effectiveness.
State of Health (SOH) value is a direct reflection of the health condition of battery cells and an important guarantee for the long-term operation of energy storage systems. The excellent SOH value data of the aforementioned projects stem from the outstanding technology of "3S" homogeneity (TMS+BMS+EMS).
The fully liquid-cooled thermal management system (TMS) ensures that the battery cells always remain in the optimal operating range of 20°C to 30°C.
The Battery Management System (BMS) with active equalization technology escorts the consistency of battery cells, effectively delaying battery degradation.
The Energy Management System (EMS) calculates the optimal charging and discharging strategies based on load demand and grid environment, ensuring that every unit of energy is used efficiently.
The cloud platform monitors the temperature, voltage, and current of individual battery cells in real-time, estimates SOH values using AI big data, and issues early warnings in case of risks.
In the past year, the ANPL R&D team has strived for excellence, conducting multiple upgrades to "Qiji 233", including upgrades to the cloud platform, innovation in appearance and system architecture, iterative design of anti-condensation, and the addition of active equalization functionality, further enhancing the comprehensive efficiency and lifespan of the equipment.
Simultaneously, the acquisition of various certification standards provides strong endorsement for the reliability of "Qiji 233". It has undergone a series of tests and trials, including high and low-temperature charge and discharge performance, insulation performance, withstand voltage performance, overcharge/overdischarge, short circuit, extrusion, drop, salt penetration, high-temperature and high-humidity, and thermal runaway diffusion tests, all meeting the technical requirements of certification regulations.
